What is a Living The Dream experience?
Living The Dream creates football experiences designed to bring supporters closer to the game. Current experience types include Play on the Pitch, 5-a-Side with Legends and An Evening With events — with more experiences added as they become available.
Where can I see upcoming experiences?
All current and upcoming experiences are listed on the Events page.
Are all experiences held at Old Trafford?
Venues vary by experience. The confirmed venue for each event is always shown on the individual event or product page — please check there for full details.
What's included with my experience?
Inclusions vary between experiences. Full details of what is included are shown on the individual experience or product page. If you have a specific question, contact the team.
Can children attend?
Age restrictions may vary by event. Please check the relevant event listing for any applicable age requirements before booking.
COMPETITIONS
How do I enter a competition?
Full entry instructions are shown on each competition page. Visit the Competitions page to see what is currently available.
Is there a free entry option?
Yes. For the current Manchester United competition, one free entry is available by submitting the required name and email details. Free entry availability may vary between competitions.
Can I purchase additional entries?
Yes, where offered by a particular competition. The entry packages available for each competition are shown on that competition’s page.
How many free entries can I claim?
For the current competition, one free entry is available per person.
Is there a maximum number of paid entries?
For the current competition there is no per-person maximum on paid entries unless the published competition terms state otherwise. Please check the relevant competition terms for full details.
Who can enter the current competition?
The current competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
How is the winner selected?
The winner selection method is set out in the terms and conditions of each individual competition. Please refer to the terms on the relevant competition page for confirmed details.

What hospitality experiences do you offer?
Living The Dream will offer premium football hospitality packages as inventory becomes available. Visit the Hospitality page to see current availability and submit an enquiry.
Can I enquire about a specific match?
Yes. You can submit a hospitality enquiry via the Hospitality enquiry form and the team will be in touch.
What's included in hospitality packages?
Inclusions differ by package. Full details will be provided on the relevant listing or supplied directly during the enquiry process.
Can you accommodate groups?
Please include your required number of guests when submitting an enquiry and the team will advise on available options.
MEMORABILIA
What memorabilia will be available?
Signed and collectable football memorabilia will be added to the Memorabilia page as genuine stock becomes available.
How will I know when new memorabilia is listed?
Sign up for memorabilia updates using the form on the Memorabilia page and we’ll notify you when new items are added.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
How do I pay?
For products and experiences currently available to purchase, payment can be completed securely through the website checkout.
Will I receive a confirmation?
An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided at checkout for any purchase made through the website.
Can I get a refund?
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the specific product or experience purchased and its applicable terms. Please refer to the terms on the relevant page or contact the team with your query.
